Parenting Mediations

Mandatory Pre-Mediation Assessment - Parenting - 1.5 hours - $350 per party (includes issuing 60i Certificate for parenting if required) - Held via zoom

3 Hour Mediation - $750 per person ($1500 total) - Held via zoom or face to face (room hire costs may apply), includes documenting the Parenting Agreement.
Suitable for simple, joint parenting mediation matters. Additional time may be required.

Additional Time Mediation - $250 per person per hour by agreement.

Attendance as Mediator at CIP Feedback Session - 1-2 hours - $250 (shared between parents).

Property Mediations

Mandatory Pre-Mediation Assessment - Property - 1.5 hours - $350 per party (includes issuing 60i Certificate for parenting if required) - Held via zoom

Half Day Mediation (4 hours) - $1000 per person ($2000 total) - Held via zoom or face to face (room hire costs may apply), includes documenting Heads of Agreement.
Suitable for unrepresented and legally assisted property matters.

Full Day Mediation (7.5 hours) - $1750 per person ($3500 total) - Held via zoom or face to face (room hire costs may apply), includes documenting Heads of Agreement.
Suitable for legally assisted property matters.

Additional Time Mediation - $250 per person per hour by agreement.

Please note - Parenting mediations will take place first, and Property mediations are always separate sessions.

General Mediation

Mandatory Pre-Mediation Assessment - General Mediation - 1 - 1.5 hours - $250 per party - Held via zoom

Child Consultancy

Child Consultancy - $250 per hour (or package of $875 per parent for one child, $1225 per parent for two children, $1575 per parent for three children) - Held via zoom and face to face (room hire costs may apply). Contact me for my information sheet.

Collaborative Practice Coaching

Mandatory Intake Appointment - 1.5 - 2 hours - $400 per party. Held via zoom.

Per Team Meeting (several meetings are usually required)
Preparation, planning, documentation and debriefing $1500 (shared between parties)
Attendance at Meeting including minutes (around 3 hours) $1500 (shared between parties)

Parenting Mediation - 3 hours (additional time is available if needed) $1500 (shared between parties). Held via zoom.

Coaching

Separation and Divorce Coaching - 90 minutes - $250 per session - Held via zoom, includes post session summary and accountability emails.
