FAQ’s
-
The process starts with a call for a 15 minute no charge chat to ensure that I can provide you with the support that you need for your situation. You can book a time for that call here.
Once you have decided you would like to proceed, I will ask you to provide some contact information for the other party/s so that I can send an invitation and determine whether they are willing to engage in the process. If they are not willing, I will let you know that I am unable to assist.
If the other party/s are willing to engage, I will ask each of you to book a time to meet with me individually for a confidential Pre-Mediation Assessment. This appointment will give me the change to understand the nature of your dispute, the dynamic between you, the history of the relationship, your goals for the mediation and for you to ask any questions you may have about it.
Once I have met with each party, and all parties are willing to proceed, I will arrange to book a mediation at a time that suits all parties.

Sometimes the outcome is simply a clearer shared understanding of the issues and possible solutions. Often, parties make agreements in mediation that they would like documented. If this is the case, I will capture them in a document called a Mediated Agreement. This document is not legally binding, and more information can be given to you about the paths that you could take in relation to next steps.

My complete fees list is provided. The initial Pre-Mediation Assessment appointments are $250 per party.
